At Elonera Montessori School, the safety and wellbeing of every child is at the heart of everything we do. We actively listen to children, encourage student voice, and work closely with families to ensure every child experiences a strong sense of belonging and security within our community.

All staff, volunteers, and members of our school community share responsibility for maintaining child-safe practices. Through rigorous recruitment processes, ongoing professional learning, clear codes of conduct, and comprehensive child protection procedures, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
