School Apps and Systems
We strive to provide families with seamless access to school information, bookings, and learning progress through digital platforms. While we aim to use a single, unified system, various areas of our curriculum and compliance requirements necessitate the use of multiple applications to best support our students, staff, and families.

Each platform serves a specific purpose, ensuring efficient school management, secure communication, and accurate tracking of student progress. These systems allow parents to manage enrolments, make payments, stay informed, and engage with their child’s Montessori journey.

Compass
All Families
Our main school portal. Compass is used for communications, permission slips, student reports, timetables, family and student information and more.

Xplor
Early Years to Stage 3
Used for Long Day Care, NIDO and OOSH students to view bookings and pay fees for these students.

Transparent Classroom
Early Years to Stage 3
Used for tracking your child’s progress through the Montessori Curriculum. Teachers can post observations and progress updates for your child
IT Support
We understand that navigating multiple apps can sometimes be challenging, and we are committed to making access as simple and streamlined as possible.
